The year 2025 was marked by a significant achievement, both personally and professionally, for our fellow Fernando, the current national winner of the World Class competition. Having had the pleasure of seeing the team celebrate his victory only serves to highlight the excellent work they have been doing. More than just bartenders, they are people who are truly worth getting to know. And this is proven by the way they forge so many friendships behind the bar and keep so many customers happy. To all of you, thank you very much! - O ano de 2025 ficou marcado por uma conquista importante, tanto a nível pessoal, como profissional para o nosso Fernando, como atual vencedor nacional do World Class. Ter tido a felicidade de ver a equipa vibrar com a sua conquista, só reforça o bom trabalho que a mesma tendo vindo a desenvolver. Mais do que bartenders, são pessoas e das que realmente vale a pena conhecer. E isso é comprovado pela forma como criam tantas amizades ao balcão e tantos clientes satisfeitos. With a degree in Marketing Management, she discovered, through a series of twists and turns, her true passion: the world of cocktails and hospitality. Creative and curious, she sees the creation of new concoctions as a way to express herself. We know she finds great inspiration in her colleagues, and we’re sure the feeling is mutual. TATANKA // Bulleit Rye as the base, with pronounced spice and notes of vanilla, honey, and oak. Giffard Abricot Roussillon adds ripe stone fruit and texture. “Fake Lemon” and lemon syrup balance the acidity and define the citrus axis. Oak reinforces the woody profile and length. Orange bitters refine the citrus bitterness, while Sichuan bitters finish with aromatic spice and a long finish. Notes: fruity, woody. - TATANKA // Bulleit Rye como base, com especiaria marcada e notas de baunilha, mel e madeira. Giffard Abricot Roussillon acrescenta fruta de caroço madura e textura. “Fake Lemon” e xarope de limão ajustam a acidez e definem o eixo cítrico. Oak reforça o registo amadeirado e a persistência. Bitter de laranja afina o amargor cítrico, Sichuan bitters fecha com especiaria aromática e final longo. Notas: frutado, amadeirado.
